Meet Michael Geleta
Michael Taylor Geleta was born on November 18, 1995 in Phoenix, Arizona.
At three years old he was adopted and went to live in New Jersey with his
new family. After living in New Jersey for nine years, Michael, and his family,
moved to Taylors Island, Maryland where he currently lives. He lives with his
mother, father, and twin brothers. When asked to describe himself Michael said
“I am a typical teenage boy… I like to eat tasty food. But I’m not fat. Oh, and
I like to swim.” He also talked about his dog, fish, and his bunny that “bites
him and chews on his toes.”
As a junior at Cambridge- South Dorchester High School, Michael is
involved in swim team which he is extremely excited for the upcoming season. His
favorite strokes are freestyle and breast stroke. When it comes to academics
Michael is an honors and AP student. He also takes psychology at Chesapeake
College. His favorite class Newspaper/Journalism and his favorite teacher is Mr.
Brundige.
Even though he’s a junior he can’t wait to graduate next year. He plans
to go to Penn state and major in law. After college Michael wants to become a
lawyer in New Jersey or New York.
